I found many videos about phonics for children learning in youtube. Pictures have more attractive than words for children and listening is better than reading, so I think the most important step is catch children' eyes. Therefore, when I design a phonic film, I will use some materials like puppets, cute pictures and so on. I need to pay attention to the phonics because it's very essential to me. I notice the film-maker use animate characters and music to attract children. In this way, children could follow the song and sing. It's easier to remember and more impressive to children. As a teacher, I need to ponder how to make children happy and spontaneously for learning.
I know many resounces from the website that Chung-Kai made. First, he provide some popular tools like facebook, myspace, podcast that I have never known. Second, he integrates tools into ESL/EFL writing. I think it's useful to me and I am very appreciated him.

Introduction

I Choose this course because I want to learn more skills about computer and use them on my teaching English. How to teach English and make it interest, it all depends on teachers. I want to become this type that instruction diversification' teacher. Besides, knowledge is also very importment, but it not only limits in books. As education workers, we should absorb more extracurricular knowledge. Combining practice with knowledge, and applying to the teaching.
I choose international business as my minor. In the future, I want to work in a international business company.

I think everyone has a comprehensive way by self. If you want to be a teacher, it is very important to you because you need to impart knowledge to students. When your friend asks you some math problems, you explain. And your friend understands, you secceed. I will use materials and through games, let students learn happy and obtain knowledge.
Some students imagination better than lexicon, some opposite. As a teacher, sh /he needs to balance both side. When I have some grammar proplems that I am uncertain, I will look for help, and confirm and understand them.
I think aspects of math and science, I am not good at, in general, I need to look for help. Besides, I need to listen more times and think it. I consider nothing cannot solve. Only you want to do it or not.
